"Golden Lady" by Byron Daugherty. I heard that song in a mix ages ago, fell in love with it - but then somehow forgot about it. Thanks for putting this great song on my musical map again. Really nice song... almost has a Modern Soul feeling to it. It's from '73... woah! That's like ages ago... timeless classic. Thanks :)
